Job Description
FrankCrum is seeking a full-time Broker Manager to promote sales growth and client retention in the Kansas/Missouri territories. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service, written, listening, and communication skills, as well as sales experience and knowledge of the PEO structure.
Requirements
- Prospect and obtain new broker relationships on a regional to national level
- Develop and present proposals and client-specific solutions
- Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line
- Maintain professional licensing and technical knowledge
- Manage the External Sales Department's budgets
