As a Sales Back Office Specialist, you will support business customers across Europe, manage order and service processes, and contribute to digitalization projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian language (min. B2/C1 level)
- Knowledge of English language (min. B2 level)
- First experience in after-sales service
- Customer-focused approach, strong orientation to KPI and targets
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
