We are looking for a talented highly technical individual to strengthen Platform Services Center at Franke. This individual will functionally report to the Franke Head of Platform Services. The role will lead PSC and SD teams, manage local teams, and provide second level support for operated infrastructure and services according to IT Service Management processes based on ITIL.
Requirements
- Lead PSC and SD teams including recruitment, performance upraisal, career, education and development
- Manage local teams of PSC and SD in terms of planning, executing daily tasks
- Review current setup, responsibilities and recommend/implement enhancements based on technical expertise and business needs
- Plan and oversee projects assigned to the teams
- Provide second level support for operated infrastructure and services according to IT Service Management processes based on ITIL
- Maintain security by monitoring and ensuring compliance to standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in implementation of changes/roll-outs and other tasks in IT infrastructure and Services as part of projects
- Provide training for local IT teams
- Be a counterpart around IT for internal/external audits
- Track and understand emerging practices and standards, participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications and maintain personal networks
- Manage and track Key Performance Indicators for direct reports
