Requirements

• Scientific university degree in chemistry, materials science, or a comparable field
• Several years of practical experience in developing functional ceramic materials
• Leadership experience and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of powder preparation, milling, and dispersion technologies
• Routine in digital methods for data evaluation and organization
• Communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
