The Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV is seeking a candidate for a practicum/thesis position in the development of textured foods. The position involves working in a team to develop high-quality, healthy, and innovative food ingredients and products. The candidate will participate in research projects and apply their knowledge from studies in practice.
Requirements
- Valid enrollment in food technology, process engineering, food chemistry, nutrition science, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study
- Good German and English skills
- The ability to quickly and with your own ideas engage with new problem situations
- Self-initiative, sense of responsibility, willingness to engage and team skills as well as meticulous and reliable working style
