Job Description
We are seeking a motivated End User Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to our employees, ensuring their systems and tools are running smoothly. This role involves resolving technical issues, managing devices, and assisting with IT onboarding. The position requires travel to branch locations approximately 20% of the time.
Requirements
- Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests via ticketing system, email, and phone
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Assist with software deployments, system upgrades, and technology rollouts
- Maintain accurate asset and inventory records
- Travel to branch and field locations for hands-on support and project work
