Duty Manager - Part Time - Chipping Campden Leisure Centre

Freedom Leisure is a not-for-profit leisure trust that aims to support local communities and improve lives through leisure. The Duty Manager role will work on a part-time basis at the Chipping Campden Leisure Centre, supporting the delivery of services and ensuring customers receive an excellent experience. The role will be busy and varied, with a good level of autonomy and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

• NPLQ qualification
• Ability to manage and develop a team of operational staff
• Proactive member of the leisure centre team
• Experience of problem solving, customer service and staff management
• Experience working in a Duty Management or similar role
