The role requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building skills and deep knowledge of the LATAM financial landscape.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth.
• Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities.
• Strong network and understanding of the LATAM and global financial/trading landscape.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, resourceful, and capable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
