Freedx is a newly established cryptocurrency exchange dedicated to a seamless and secure trading experience, built by seasoned professionals. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth across Latin America and globally. The role involves building relationships with partners, managing affiliate workflows, and ensuring growth alignment with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth (financial services, fintech, or crypto preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and close partnership opportunities
• Strong network and understanding of the LATAM and global financial or trading landscape
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
