Job Description
Freeform is deploying software-defined, autonomous metal 3D printing factories, bringing the scalability of software to physical production. They are seeking a Senior CNC Programmer to operate DMG 5-axis CNC mills, post-processing parts for aerospace, defense, and other industries. This role involves problem-solving, process improvement, and ensuring high precision and throughput.
Requirements
- Program, set-up, and operate 5-axis DMG CNC mills to post-machine complex metal 3D printed parts
- Experience with DMG 5-axis machines
- Experience machining aluminum, stainless, titanium, or Inconel
- Basic qualifications: 5+ years of experience with 5-axis CNC mill programming
- Experience with MasterCAM programming highly preferred
