Leasing Professional

Leasing Professional responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents. Performs various duties such as communicating with residents, developing resident relations, and adhering to fair housing laws.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
