Quality Manager

Freemelt is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and implement a quality management system (QMS) and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves driving quality work and improvements across functions, and collaborating with management and operations to achieve quality goals.

Requirements

• Technical university education (engineer or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in quality work and the ability to drive the work independently
• Experience in driving work towards ISO certification
• Good knowledge of deviation management, including RCA/CAPA
• Experience in establishing, maintaining, and developing quality management systems
• Good analytical skills and experience of working data-driven, including follow-up of quality data and KPIs to drive improvements
