Quality Manager

Tri-Mach is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team to ensure the quality and safety of custom machinery and material conveyance equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, and agricultural industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in a supervisory or management role with direct reports
• 5+ years in custom design and build of industrial equipment, material handling, and automation
• Knowledge of quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in quality management tools and software
• Experience in leading quality audits and implementing corrective actions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient with MS Office applications, such as Excel and Word
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
