Requirements

• Proven track record in domestic freight forwarding or logistics sales
• Portable book of business or strong network of shipper relationships
• Deep knowledge of U.S. geography, transportation modes, and routing optimization
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a commission-driven workload
