Export Import Coordinator

A fast-growing import and distribution company is seeking a highly organized Air Ocean Coordinator to oversee international and domestic logistics operations. The role involves coordinating ocean freight shipments, managing customs documentation, tracking inventory, and serving as the primary liaison with U.S. distributor clients. Requirements

• Coordinate multiple international ocean freight bookings from Europe and Latin America to the U.S.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and port terminals.
• Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers into full container loads; coordinate intermodal transport.
• Oversee all import/export documentation and compliance requirements for U.S. customs clearance.
• Provide real-time updates and communicate shipping status to domestic distributor clients.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast purchasing needs, and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Resolve shipment issues in coordination with warehouse and transportation partners.
