Export Import Coordinator

A rapidly growing import and distribution company is seeking a highly organized Air Ocean Coordinator to oversee international and domestic logistics operations. This role involves coordinating ocean freight shipments, managing customs documentation, tracking inventory, and serving as the liaison with distributor clients. The company specializes in high-quality wines and spirits.

Requirements

• Coordinate multiple international ocean freight bookings from Europe and Latin America to the U.S.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and port terminals
• Consolidate shipments from multiple suppliers into full container loads
• Oversee all import/export documentation and compliance for U.S. customs clearance
• Provide real-time updates and communicate shipping status to domestic distributor clients
• Organize and ship product samples via UPS and other small parcel carriers
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast purchasing needs, and coordinate replenishment orders
• Resolve shipment issues
• LCB (Lay Shipping (Logistics and Business) - a nice to have)
