The Frozen Foods and Dairy Specialist is responsible for managing daily operations in the dairy and frozen food departments, promoting and executing consistent and compliant operational conditions, and providing customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain it.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug tests and background verification.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills.
• Basic math knowledge.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pallet lifters, and trash compactors.
• Proficiency in software applications used to operate the department effectively.
• Possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain it within 180 days after placement.
