Requirements

• Administers daily operations in the dairy and frozen foods departments
• Builds customer confidence and loyalty
• Oversees, trains, and develops team members in performing their work
• Ensures department sales and shrinkage objectives are met and results are achieved
• Maintains knowledge of inventory/storage conditions and reports any inventory discrepancies
• Ensures product is stored at the correct temperature according to food safety guidelines
