Job Description
Hospital & Patient Services Manager. Utilizes knowledge of clinics, admissions process, and supporting programs to promote these to patients and external customers. Works with Patient Admissions Services staff to facilitate admissions and ensure a superior admission experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-5 years related experience or Master's degree with no experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
