The Hospital & Patient Services Manager utilizes knowledge of clinics, admissions process, and supporting programs to promote services to patients and external customers. They work with Patient Admissions Services staff to facilitate admissions and ensure a superior admission experience. The role also supports FMCNA's mission, vision, core values, and customer service philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years' related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented with excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
