Job Description
Fried Frank is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support global M&A, securities, and regulatory matters. This role involves working directly with partners and associates, reviewing and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and maintaining documentation processes. Requirements
- Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- Maintain documentation of client NDA processes and procedures
- Proofread and edit NDA documents
- Proficiency with software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel
