Job Description
Partner One is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal Department, focusing on U.S. and international subsidiaries. This role involves managing corporate governance, maintaining entity records, coordinating filings, and ensuring compliance. The position is fully remote based in the United States and requires detail-oriented individuals with experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Draft and prepare corporate legal documents.
- Maintain and update corporate records.
- Coordinate annual corporate filings.
- Support corporate compliance efforts.
- Assist Legal Counsel with legal research and reporting.
