Self-Storage Investment Sales Brokers

Friedman Real Estate is seeking commercial investment sale brokers who can provide clients with tools, technology, marketing, and resources comparable to large national platforms, but in a nimbler and more entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, real estate salesperson's license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Canvass prospective self-storage clients and leads
• Arrange meetings and calls with prospective clients
• Implement strategies set forth by team leader
• Gather relevant market data and prepare market surveys and/or marketing material
• Network with other brokers to promote and ultimately sell exclusively represented self-storage assets
• Schedule and conduct site tours
• Accompany and assist brokers at client meetings
