Job Description
As a Technical Support Staff, you will work closely with international colleagues to resolve technical issues for customers and contribute to a sustainable future. You will take care of customers by phone and email, analyze technical requests, and represent the company at international trade fairs.
Requirements
- Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) in electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Fluent German and English skills
- Fundamental IT user knowledge (MS-Office)
