As a Technical Support Engineer in the DACH Region, you will provide technical support to customers, analyze issues, and develop solutions. You will work in a team and contribute to other areas such as training and customer consulting.

Requirements

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL) in electrical engineering
• First experience in technical support is an advantage
• Passion for technology and renewable energy
• Communication skills and openness
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Good IT skills (MS-Office)
