Job Description
Front Row is seeking a Senior Content Strategy Manager to lead content strategy and execution for 7-10 marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other emerging platforms). The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing creative strategies for brand storytelling and improving marketplace performance, partnering with design and marketing teams. It requires a strong understanding of Amazon sales processes and performance analytics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce content strategy, merchandising, or creative marketing.
- Proven success developing and optimizing Amazon content (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores, imagery, copy).
- Experience managing multiple brand portfolios.
- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword strategy, and content-performance analytics.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and tools like Helium10, DataDive, & similar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and consumer feedback tools.
