Frontier Economics is seeking a Reward Manager to design and deliver its People strategy across Europe. The role involves building on the company's reward framework, leading the development of annual reward cycles, and designing fair and competitive reward structures.
Requirements
- Experience managing reward and benefits processes across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Working knowledge of equal pay, gender pay and pay transparency requirements.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with confidence in Excel and data modelling.
- Solid understanding of pay benchmarking and salary review processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, approachable and able to build trust with colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Fluent English (C2)
