Frontier Economics is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in shaping and implementing the company's People agenda across European offices. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic and operational HR partnership that supports business goals and fosters a positive, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner with significant employee relations experience
- Strong coaching and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
- Experience managing or developing other HR professionals
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Excellent communication, judgement, and influencing skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret people data and translate insights into action
- Confident operating across multiple jurisdictions with an international mindset
- Fluent English (C2)
- Desirable: Experience within professional services or a complex, people-focused organisation
- Desirable: European experience, particularly aligned to our office locations
- Desirable: Familiarity with Workday (HRIS)
- Desirable: Additional European language (C1/2 in French, German, or Spanish)
