Job Description
We're all about helping brands turn ideas into impact. As a Director of Strategic Account Management, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Frontify grows through its customers. You'll lead the global team responsible for maximizing customer value, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating ARR growth across our enterprise portfolio.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise account management or customer success within a SaaS, B2B environment
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving measurable growth
- Leadership and development of senior account managers in a global context
- Strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and genuine customer empathy
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments
