Director, Strategic Account Management

Frontify is seeking a Director of Strategic Account Management to lead a global team responsible for maximizing customer value, strengthening partnerships, and accelerating ARR growth across the enterprise portfolio.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise account management or customer success within a SaaS, B2B environment
• Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving measurable growth
• Ability to lead and develop senior account managers in a global context
• Strong commercial judgment, operational discipline, and genuine customer empathy
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments
