Collection Analyst

This role involves managing and collecting accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and resolving customer issues. • Manages and collects on an accounts receivable portfolio.
• Perform outbound Customer Collection calls / activity.
• Analyzes and researches customer’s receivables account delinquency.
• Resolves disputes related to customer payment.
• Identifies trends for non-payment.
• Maintains details collections notes.
