Collection Analyst

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Collection Analyst to manage and collect on accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring timely payment of invoices and resolving customer issues. The role involves analyzing delinquent accounts, negotiating payments, and providing support to customers in a professional manner, focusing on proactive collection activities and customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Manages and collects on an accounts receivable portfolio.
• Perform outbound Customer Collection calls/activity.
• Analyzes and researches customer’s receivables account delinquency.
• Resolves disputes related to customer payment.
• Analyzes at-risk customer and recommends account strategies.
• Initiates the dispute resolution process.
• Maintains details collections notes and documents actions.
• Maintain records for all customer interactions and collections.
