We are seeking a commercially strong facilities professional to take ownership of portfolio-wide planning, systems and financial management across a diverse set of retail and mixed-use assets.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years of experience in facilities, technical operations or asset management within owner, developer or large portfolio environments.
- Strong financial capability, including budgeting, forecasting and lifecycle planning.
- Experience implementing CMMS and compliance systems and understand how to build structured frameworks that scale.
- Understanding of WHS, risk and regulatory requirements across complex assets.
- Experience with scope and tender contracts, manage service models and identify operational efficiencies.
- Can write and communicate clearly and can work directly with owners at a senior level.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, property, construction management, finance or a related field will be highly regarded and align well with the analytical nature of the role.
