Job Description
Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a Technical Design Manager to advise clients on Building Safety Acts, provide Principal Designer services, and manage design projects. The role involves collaborating with a construction team, reviewing technical documents, and working with management to ensure client satisfaction. The company fosters a supportive, professional, and environmentally positive work environment.
Requirements
- A broad knowledge of the Building Regulations
- Experience working within CDM and construction Health & Safety
- Awareness or knowledge of the Building Safety Act
- Chartered or working towards Chartership with RICS, RIBA, RIAS, MCIAT or equivalent
- Client-centric approach
- Understanding of business and its services
- CAD / Revit Skill
