Job Description
Fulkers Bailey Russell is seeking a Technical Design Manager to advise clients on Building Safety Act regulations and deliver Building Regulations Principal Designer services. This role involves collaborative work with a construction team, client interaction, and adherence to health and safety standards. Requirements
- Broad knowledge of the Building Regulations
- Experience working within CDM and construction Health & Safety
- Awareness or knowledge of the Building Safety Act
- Chartered or working towards Chartership (RICS, RIBA, RIAS, MCIAT or equivalent)
- Client-centric approach
- Ability to hold discussions and meetings with various stakeholders
