Job Description
Funding Societies | Modalku is a leading SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, backed by venture capital firms. They are seeking a dynamic intern to contribute to their People Advisory & Operations team. The intern will support HR operations, employee relations, and contribute to company culture events. This is a 6-month internship opportunity within a regional setting.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or/and Google Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
