Job Description
Novo Holdings is seeking a People & Organisation Intern to support their Asia-regional initiatives. This full-time internship will involve contributing to talent and culture development, recruitment assistance, employee journey support, and HR administration. The role requires a collaborative, organised individual with a proactive and hands-on approach.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree/MBA in any discipline
- Strong academic results and demonstrated interest in a career in HR
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented skills
- Strong planning, follow-up, and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, search engines, and recruitment databases
- Availability to work 5 January 2026 - 21 November 2026
