We are hiring a Sales Manager to grow our SME financing business by targeting vendors within the government and GLC procurement network. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who can also perform marketing and outreach tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Prospect and acquire SME vendors supplying to ministries, agencies, and GLCs.
- Build strong relationships with procurement units and vendor management departments to identify vendor pipelines.
- Pitch financing solutions including factoring, term loans, and revolving credit tailored to SME needs.
- Organize roadshows and awareness campaigns in collaboration with anchor clients and internal marketing.
- Execute marketing and client acquisition initiatives independently.
- Manage pipeline reporting, sales performance, and disbursement tracking.
- Assist credit and operations teams in understanding vendor business models and documentation.
- Monitor market dynamics and policy shifts in public procurement.
