As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Funnel, you will drive value of large customers in Europe, develop and maintain a strong relationship with customers, and own end-to-end customer success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing, relationship-building, or data-driven roles
- Proven ability to establish credible, productive relationships across customer seniority levels
- Strong technical aptitude, able to engage confidently in martech discussions
