Lab manager

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lab Manager to join our compounding lab team. The ideal candidate will have experience in compounding practices and laboratory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a compounding laboratory or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding principles and practices.
• Proficiency in laboratory management software and record-keeping.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
