We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our compounding lab team. The position involves preparing personalized medications, working closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, and maintaining the highest quality of compounded medications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Certification or licensure as a pharmacy technician preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a compounding or laboratory environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
• Ability to follow complex instructions and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical compounding practices and regulations
