Manager Customer Care & Service Healthcare (B2B)

We are looking for a dedicated personality to support pharmacies and doctor's offices with their inquiries about our FUTRUE products. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, answering customer inquiries, and managing customer data. The role requires a passion for excellent customer service, a completed degree or training, and experience in B2B customer care.

Requirements

• Completed degree or training in the pharmaceutical, medical, or commercial field
• Experience in B2B customer care, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
• Familiarity with MS-Office and CRM systems
• Secure German language skills (at least C1 level)
• Good English language skills (at least B2 level)
