The role involves analysis of the current B2B segment model, formation of a corporate strategy, optimization of the customer journey, and implementation of new products for corporate clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate banking, consulting, or B2B direction in fintech.
• Participation in transformation projects, launching new products, or improving processes.
• Experience in international environments and understanding of global banking practices.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages is mandatory, Uzbek is a plus.
