It requires interaction with multiple departments and the creation of KPIs to manage project improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail banking, finance, or digital retail.
• Experience working in an international environment or in global projects.
• Understanding of current approaches in digital banking and CX.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
• Knowledge of Uzbek is welcome.
