We are seeking an initiative professional to develop the partner ecosystem for digital banks. This role focuses on attracting strategic partners, launching joint solutions, and expanding customer interaction channels (B2B & B2B2C). Responsibilities include negotiation, agreement of commercial terms, launch of partner programs, evaluation of partnerships, and monitoring the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (economics, finance, management, marketing, IT, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in partner development, B2B sales, fintech, or digital banking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to structure offers and convey the value of partnerships
- Knowledge of key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools, and CRM (HubSpot, Bitrix24, etc.)
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages
