They are seeking a Strategy and Development Expert with international banking expertise to develop the digital bank strategy, analyze market trends, and manage strategic initiatives. This role involves leading projects and providing strategic guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development or management consulting.
• Experience in the banking sector, fintech, digital or with technology startups.
• Experience of interacting with company leadership and preparing materials for board presentations.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages (Russian is a plus).
• Knowledge of Uzbek is welcome.
