This is a full-time role for a Strategy and Development Expert within a rapidly scaling, digitally-native bank. The role involves shaping the bank's digital strategy, analyzing market trends, developing new business models, evaluating investment projects, and providing PMO or strategic advisor support to key initiatives. The bank is building a modern banking ecosystem and seeking a motivated individual with international experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting.
• Experience in the banking industry, fintech, digital, or working with technology startups.
• Experience interacting with company management at the board level.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages, knowledge of Uzbek is a plus
