Job Description
Future Tech is seeking a proactive Compliance Documentation Analyst to support the management and compliance of organizational documentation and training programs. This role ensures accuracy, accessibility, and compliance of all materials to meet internal policies and standards, acting as a bridge between Quality Control and Operational teams. The position is a U.S. based, remote position with 2 weeks of training in Florida.
Requirements
- Receive, review, and edit compliance-related documentation
- Execute version control and document lifecycle within a Document Management System (DMS)
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Partner with Training team to support the development of compliance and training materials
- Monitor training compliance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts
- Write and edit technical content clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
