Customer Success & PM bij Technia in Nieuwegein

We are looking for an ambitious and people-oriented Customer Success Manager & Product Owner for our office in Utrecht. You will be responsible for guiding customers through a successful implementation of our solutions, providing proactive advice, and helping the customer grow. You will also work with the product team to prioritize features and improvements, and act as a bridge between customers, sales, development, and other internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 2-5 years of work experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic advice
• Knowledge of product development and experience with agile methodologies (plus)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
