We are looking for a Customer Success Manager & Product Owner for our office in Utrecht. As a Customer Success Manager & Product Owner, you will be the strategic partner of our customers and ensure that they get the maximum out of our products and services.
Requirements
- HBO or WO degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as CSM, PO, or Account Management
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic advice
- Knowledge of product development and experience with agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
